Welcome to Pilates First. Pilates made easy, online. Virtual Pilates classes. At Pilates First, our goal is to change lives by moving well and making every repetition count. We offer in-person Virtual Pilates classes, designed to suit your needs and your schedule. If you are a client who prefers one on one attention, a private session is for you. There is also a choice of a semi-private, which is a maximum of 4 clients and group sessions where 15 clients may participate. Passionate instructors. No matter the size of the group you wish to join, our knowledgeable and passionate instructors will always keep your personal goals in mind. Every session offers new variety and challenges using small Pilates equipment such as a foam roller, theraband, tone loop or Redondo ball. Find strength. Whether you are setting out to achieve new fitness goals, rehabilitating after an injury, preparing for a big sporting event or you just need a moment to invest in your health and wellness – Pilates First can help you find strength, stability and overall wellness.
